“Through my tempera paintings, I explore my relationship with nature and its many entities. What does it truly mean to be part of nature, or how does nature resonate within us? I have painted paths and networks connecting these entities, even though capturing a shared pulse remains virtually impossible. My materials include pigments, tempera medium, linen canvas, and coniferous and birch plywood. My work also incorporates elements of observation, experimentation, and imagination, as well as the dynamics of pausing and moving forward.”
